Global real estate advisor, has appointed three new figures to its Community Infrastructure Fund: Odette Linnett as investment director, Carolyn van Leuven as senior advisor and Mathew Pirotta as associate.
Linnett takes on asset management responsibilities for a number of CommIF assets including Victorian Schools, Darwin Convention Centre and NSW Schools II. Linnett will be based in Sydney.She started her career at the Victorian Department of Treasury and Finance and has more than 13 years’ corporate finance experience. She was an investments director at Deloitte Asia-Pacific before joining CommIF.
Van Leuven joins CommIF as senior advisor and will be appointed to two of the fund’s New Zealand boards. She is an experienced senior executive and board director/trustee, a former major commercial law firm partner and has previously been a deputy chief executive for the Ministry of Justice and the Department of Corrections in New Zealand.
Pirotta has also been promoted within AMP Capital to an associate with CommIF. Pirotta has been with AMP Capital for more than six years, most recently in AMP Capital’s Finance Team.
